About ValerIA We are building ValerIA, a SaaS platform specifically designed for supplement, nutraceutical, and functional food laboratories.

The core of our product is simple yet powerful: detecting regulatory errors (INVIMA/FDA) and cost deviations before a single batch is produced.

I experienced this problem firsthand while operating Kalith SAS. A single undetected error can result in millions in lost inventory, 3–6 month regulatory delays, and missed market opportunities. We are here to solve this systematically for the entire industry.

Current Traction

• Pilot program invitations sent (3–5 laboratories in active discussions).

• Real-world case studies where the prototype identified critical risks before production.

• Functional demo ready to showcase immediate value.

What We Are Looking For A Technical Co-Founder / CTO with a product mindset, high execution capacity, and strong technical judgment. We need someone who can:

• Build fast and smart (MVP in 8–12 weeks).

• Simplify complex problems.

• Avoid over-engineering in early stages.

• Lead the development of the MVP and the product’s technical foundation.

Relevant Experience

• Solid Backend: Python is ideal (FastAPI or Django is a plus).

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Data processing / Parsing / OCR (Handling unstructured PDFs).

  • Business logic (Deterministic rules, validations, decision engines).

  • API design and construction.

• Previous experience building or scaling B2B SaaS products is a major advantage.

Language Requirements

• English: High level (B2+ / C1) required for technical documentation, international vendors, and future expansion.

The Offer

• Role: Technical Co-Founder / CTO.

• Equity: 12% – 20% (Based on experience and commitment).

• Vesting: 4-year schedule with a 12-month cliff.

• Current Stage: Pre-revenue (Equity-only initially), transitioning to salary as we activate paid pilots.
